AMC Terms & Condition

Company use AMC of all the branded stuff exept 12 year old equipments.
AMC should be lapes in case of tempered (By local technicians, self & even any company technicians or Broken, theft and burn case).
We are giving to customer 3 free services at Door Step without service charges. Any other visits saprate technician will charge Rs. 150/- Complete team will charge Rs. 1000/- Pick n drop charges will be Rs. 250/- depending on the equipment.
We are responsible to give the best service with the genuine spare-parts but, if the spare of any particular product is not available within one month, company return the AMC price for the same equipment. After one service 65%, two services 30%, & last service 100%.
Company charge for spare should be less than 8% to the original MRP or Brand spare price.
Discount - 1% per thousand.
2 AMC 10% extra ( 1 per year).
3 AMC 15% extra.
1st service 50% of AMC ammount. Spare will charge 2nd 30% and last 20%.
Warranty of spare-parts 3 months.
Defective case should transfer in office.
