  • Original jobsheet while taking the delivering of the product is compulsary.
  • Electronic Services is not responsible for accessaries not recoreded in the service job sheet.
  • A fresh estimate will be provided by the company through a letter/telephone for repair exceeding the amount provided by the customer on the service job sheet at the time of deliversing the set for repair.
  • Executive calling if the charges will exceed rate Rs. 750.
  • Warrantee of spare part will be valid for 90 days after repair and 30 days of service.
  • Incase the repair charge will be exceed more than Rs 3000, customer will be deposit 50% in advance compulsary.
  • Company does not guarantee product quality being satisfactory if the set has been attending by any other electronics organisation.
  • Electronic Services not make any modification, company shall not be liable for any loose/damage arising out of circumstances beyong its control.
  • We are not provind the service, repair and amc of more than 12 Years old system.
  • Waranty will not applicable of chinese spare parts, tempered, broken and burn case.
  • Tempered system will be repair of customer risk and service charges will be charged 50% extra.
  • If the client has accepted the estimate of equipment, thereafter company is not responsible to refund and if any change after repair will be charged extra.
  • In case the spare parts are not available and have to be arranged /sourced afresh, a tentative date for repairs will be indicated and the customer will be required to deposit 100% advance prior to the sourcing of the spare/s.
  • An intimation may be given by company y telephone or by letter at the contact numbers/address on the services job sheet provided by the customer or at telephone number/address otherwise intimated (in writing) by customer.
  • Company will not be liable for wrong address or telephone numbers provided or for non-provision of forwarding address. Company’s obligation shall be complete on initiating the customer by sending a letter at the address indicated on the service job sheet or such other forwarding address intimated by the customer to the company, in writing, by courier post.
  • The equipment should be collected within 15 days from the date of repair and ultimatum of the original services job sheet otherwise accommodation charges of Rs. 50/- per day will be levied subject to a maximum of 90 days, after which the company shall dispose-off the equipment to recover the cost incurred on it.
  • Under no circumstances shall the set be retained by the company beyond a period of 90 days from the date of repair or non-approval of estimate. Unclaimed articles beyond 90 day’s shall be auctioned or disposed-off by private agreement to third party(ies). The proceeds, shall in the first instance, be appropriated towards recovery of repair charges, accommodation charges etc.
  • All disputes are subjected to the jurisdiction of local courts where the service center is situated.
